Conditions of purchase
Conditions of purchase define the process of ordering, payment, delivery and return of goods or complaint offered on our website. Supplier (Seller) of goods offered on this website is Gold Winner d.o.o. / Darts-point.me, V Proleterska BB, 81400 Nikšić, Crna Gora, PIB:03389600, and the Buyer of goods is a visitor of our internet shop who selects at least one product, fills the electronic order form and sends it to the Seller. All prices are in HRK (Croatian kuna).
Ordering
Orders are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Goods are ordered through an electronic form - internet shoping cart. The buyer must be registered on the website of the Seller to execute the order. Customer is required to enter contact information and address (billing and shipping adress) in order to conclude the process of ordering. Notification of the order confirmation customer will receive by e-mail after the purchase which includes all legally required details.
Payment
Ordered items the Purchaser will pay to the Seller by bank transfer (slip), or by credit card, based on Customer order. Payment orders will be made after it is determined that the ordered products are available in the Seller's online store.

Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using latest TLS encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer.This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between user and Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa.Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data by using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access.Monri Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider.Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchant and are not available to unauthorized personnel.

Delivery
Delivery of goods is carried out from Monday to Friday, and the delivery time is 3-10 business days from the order.
Returns and complaints
The customer has the right to claim the goods within the legal deadline. Complaints are sent in the written form to the e–mail: info@darts-point.me. In the case of complaints the customer is obliged to return the product to the Seller at the address indicated within the agreed deadline with the Seller. The complaint will be considered valid if the review determines that a product meets the requirements for a claim under the Law on Obligations and Consumer Protection Act. Within 15 days of receipt of a valid complaint the Seller is obliged to replace the product or return the full paid amount to the Customer.
Warranty policy
We are committed to provide service of protection of our customer's personal data in a way that we collect only essential basic information about our buyers that are necessary for fulfilling our obligations. We also inform our customers about the way we collect information and regularly give customers an option about how their information will be used, including the possibility to decide whether their name should be included or omitted from the lists used for marketing campaigns.All user information is strictly guarded and are available only to the employees who need that information for completing the job.All our employees and business partners are responsible to follow the principles of confidentiality protection.
Amendment
Gold Winner d.o.o. reserves the right to modify and update these Terms of purchase. Any modification of the Terms of the purchase will be posted at www.darts-point.me.

All payments are made in Monte Negro currency. The amount charged on your credit card is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
